Aging on fine lees for 10 months.
TASTING
Eye : pretty pale yellow dress
Nose : The nose releases pleasant aromas of exotic fruits, pepper, vanilla and marzipan.
Mouth : The mouth is ample, very round and greedy with notes of exotic fruits, brioche with a nice persistence
